Tutorial for DVD authoring with Nero 7?

Is there a tutorial for DVD authoring with Nero 7? Specifically here's what I am trying to copy a non-encypted DVD (less than 4GB in size) and re-burn it with chapters that I define. I don't need it decrypted or shrunk.

I am using Nero Recode (so the first question is, is that the right tool?). I can find information about chapters in the help, but the help doesn't tell you how to get to those settings.

I suspect this is pretty straightforward once I can get to the right spot in the user interface.

If you use NeroVision and make a DVD movie, there is an option to "Import Disc". You might try that.
