i am trying to find an N64 emulator that works with my psp but none of the one i find on the internet. if some one could give me a web site that has a n64 emulator for a psp with a version 3.0.2 it would help me out alot =]

if its a standard 3.02 PSP then your gona need to upgrade to 3.03 then downgrade to 1.5 - then its your choice of whether you use devhook or custom firmware

if not then a (quite) good n64 emulator is daedalus R9

I have a 3.03 psp and i dont understand any of these terms. What is 3.03 OE-C? and do i download the emulators from my psp or from my computer. I am not a computer nerd so i dont understand these things. Please can anybody help me. All i want is to be able to play mario world or a nice game of Jordan vs. Bird. HELP!

Yes all the emulators work on it you can go into the recovery menu and change the kernal to 1.50 to run any emulator. N64 is still not perfect(runs choppy on some games see Mario64)

Thanks, it;s a shame because I traded my GTA LCS after about 100 hours of game play. I will have to buy another one. If i do the steps will my psp be safe

There is always a chance of bricking the psp but as long as you follow the steps and make sure you dont have power issues you should be fine.
