I am using DVD to Divx ripping by Milotis and following everything exact. When done, the audio is off from the video (ie. the mouths don't move with the words). I tried this MANY times, even altering what he said to do in the MiniCalc that came with Xvid to get your average bit rate, and it doens't seem to sync. Help? PS everything was downloaded by corusa.com. All seems good and easy, but ?

PS. I want something easy, not 100 steps. What I do now is use DVDx to rip from the DVD to HD, then use TMPnc to split it and convert it to mpeg, then Record Now Max to make it a VCD. I don't to jump through all the hoops of Smart ripper, DVD2AVI, mpeg flash, etc. etc. DVDx skips all those steps. I have downloaded all codexs and programs required per http://rip.corusa.com/
Just need help on this slight syncing problem. Milotis didn't reply back, so please help.
