hi guys i was browsing the forums , you guys seem to know you bits so i thought id ask on here

what is it is im using aoa converter ,im converting a AVI file to ipod and its the trail version so only can do 50% but the question im asking is what the best setting for it becuase everytime it converts to ipod format there always a delay in the video like the vioces will be after then the video catchs up vice versa

please please help on the setting

I recommend you to adjust the frame rate to correct the sync problem. The default one for "Frame Rate" is "Auto" and you can enter a concrete number for it. You can try these numbers: 15, 23, 29.97, 50 and 60. One of these numbers should work. And of course you can have a try on some other numbers which seems to be closer (I can give you some suggestions here, as if you can tell that the audio is a bit earlier that the video, then you need to adjust the frame rate to higher number to speed up the video, and so on.)
