I recenly bought this Ultra 4x4x12x DVD+R/RW internal DVD Burner and the sales rep was trying to convince me to buy DVD XCopy. What do you all think? Is there something else better to use? I want to use this to burn movies, games etc. Can anyone suggest any other software? I am a novice on DVD Burners so if anyone can explain it to me would be appreciated it.
You need to read more mate cos the subject matters have been discussed numerous times ! DVDXCopy is not something I'd ever use , ever. It has warning screens & it is also a bugger to make a back up of a copy (are ways around it that I'm not gonna discuss but proggie is designed to not let ya do a copy of a back up) Plus it costs too much - [bold]lol [/bold] Methods I use personally (as I know others do too); DVD Decrypter DVD2One Nero Burning Rom or DVD Shrink Nero Burning Rom [ alternative to Nero Burning Rom - RecordNow DX ].
I have to agree Herbsman on that one. DVDXCopy is a bit of a waste of money. It is the Lazy mans software!
