    I have to say
I JUST paid $50 to these people and after 3-4 weeks of frustration and tearing my hair out.
They tell me my drive isnt supported.
    No offer of money back.
And 1 email once a week in reply to about 10 sent out.
    This product sucks
    The service sucks
And at this point it looks like i have lost my $50.
Also they claim they send you updates to your inbox to let you know of free updates.
I have only ever had 1 update link or notification mailed to me
Yet they have made about 6 changes and updates since my purchase.
    What more can i say
    Stay well clear

Yes i was given 1 mont trial that expired after 2 weeks.
But it says within the software quite clearly that this software will work with any dvd drive.
    That is crap it doesnt.
I SWAPPED my drive for a MATSHITA and the MATSHITA doesnt work with DVD IDLE REGION FREE.
I have written the company for over 1 month now and cant get them to help me
I have asked them for a refund of my $50 and they wont respond.
I only purchased this software just over 1 month ago.
So i dont understand why anyone would reccomend them on here.
The one response i got was WE HAVE DECIDED TO STOP Supporting MATSHITA drives.
After i purchased the program. "that they still say works with any dvd drive".
THIS IS THE MISSION STATEMENT FROM THE COMPANY.
DVDIDLE PRO ENABLES YOU TO WATCH & COPY FROM ANY REGION ON ALL DVD DRIVES.
AND EXTENDS THE LIFETIME OF THE DVD DRIVE BY CACHE.
Now does anyone feel like this is a rip off.?
