can someone help me with this? I have someone I am going to see in the Ukrain and I think they use SECAM. I would like to make some SVCD to bring with me and play them on there notebook. What I am not sure of is it there notebook CD rom that cant read NTSC or is it the software like Power DVD. If i bring SVCD in NTSC format will there cd read it. and if not can I make SVCD's in SECAM format here in the USA with my CDRW? Thanks for the help
