I've been using Nero7 for about a year now, with no problems. Recently I responded to their e-mail, and updated the program. Now after burning a disc, (which goes fine), when I try to burn another disc, I get a message saying "process failed"...I'm copying the log file below. The only way I can burn another file, is by rebooting, a time consuming process. I wanted to repair Nero, but either thy've ommited the repair utility, in the upgrade, or I cant find it. Is there anything short of uninstalling/reinstalling that you folks could recommend? Thank you. @nm07901 You need to edit out your Nero Serial #;it starts 1C82.....lest someone steals it and uses it for themselves.
Its too late to edit now, but thanks for the tip. By the way, has Nero intentionally omitted the "repair utility"?
