Had an smartxx opx installed a few months ago.... I don't use the X-BOX very often and it seemed to be working fine...i switched it on today having not used it for about 3 weeks and got this message in different languages also 'Service Required call customer support',, I would also say that i get this message only when the chip is disabled i mean in origenal and it also flashes green\red (slowly)...the X-BOX never moves so i don't think a wire could have become loose and i am deffinatley no expert at this sort of thing..i spent nearly an hour today looking through posts having used the 'SEARCH' function on this forum...but have to say that none of it makes much sense to me...doh!! Can anyone be kind enough to explain to me what my problem is...simple enough for maybe s'one as dumb as me to try and fix. Any help greatly appreciated Any help greatly appreciated
