What is the most importance thing on digital camera ??? I don't know, but somebody told me that it's the sensor size. Is that correct ??? What do you think ??? Thanks.
I'd go with the lens, which can be the single most expensive piece of a camera. Glass over plastic all the way; properly tempered, glass can be stronger than plastic gram-for-gram, which makes it more durable and safer, plus glass has a cleaner transparency and is recycleable to boot! Second place for me would be optical zoom over digital, as digital zoom is usually horrible in comparison. And either way, it would be the lens responsible for the zoom, so I'd deflect back to numero uno in priority, lens. P.S. All the megapixel jargon we tend to hear about regarding digicams really distinguishes how much a picture can be enlarged while still remaining crisp...but without a good lens, a 12 megapixel camera is not going to be as good as a 6 megapixel camera with a great lens.
that's a great observation by Corypolo! that's why my Canon 10D goes so good with this lens: http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelDetailAct&fcategoryid=149&modelid=9802
LOL at IHoe, I didn't do a price check but from the looks of it your lens cost twice as much as your camera. Man that's a nice setup. Yeah I Totally agree with Corypolo. It's all about the lens. well it's not all about the lens but that's the most important thing.
