DVD2SVCD problem!!!

I encoded a avi to dvd with dvd2svcd and left all the file in the movie folder! and then i encoded another film without moving the 1st lot of files and now they have got what happend??

lol.......right I encoded a film in to a folder. then i encoded another film into the same folder and now only 1 film isin there what happend?
