ok i downloaded this thing which was subpost to change my psp theme thing ,i didnt like it i took it off which then i restarted my psp and then some blue screen comes up with wierd letters telling me to press O , i pressed it nothing happens happens every time i start up

can someone help me!

You can't just "remove" those files. Those are what your PSP runs off of. Without those, your PSP is bricked. You can hold R on startup, assuming you're in a custom firmware and restore everything.

Uhm... that doesn't really help him. His PSP is already bricked. In recovery mode, go Advanced>>Toggle USB Flash0 and replace all the files with the files in a firmware dump from 1.50. After that, untoggle flash0 and toggle flash1. Replace those with the file from flash1 from a 1.50 firmware dump also. Reboot and your PSP will be a brand new 1.50. You can upgrade to 3.03 OE-C from the winstaller on the guide above after that.
