Nero's Product setup updating is useless

    I am trying to update my Nero7 - Product Setup says there are updates available, but when I try to download it says there's a connection error. There is no problem with my connection - I have NEVER been able to get Nero updating to work since I have owned this product

    Anybody else been successful

    I got it to run once!! Of course that was out of 12 tries. ;)
