hey everyone this is my first post...i was wondering if anyone knows why when i play back a vcd on my pc dvd player, every once in a while the movie will skip a frame or two. the mpeg runs great off the hard drive before i burn it to cd....I burn with nero at slow speeds...1x or 2x...anyone got any ideas??
