Hi all. Like most of people who come here, i have a problem too. I have the new Nero Express II installed, but the first time i tryed to create chapters on a xvid.avi file, i couldn't see image, only sound. So, i installed an xvid codec and it started giving me only black and white raws on screan. Another xvid codec and now, when i try to open the file to create the chapters, it gives an error ( something about NEVDEC.AX.) and closes nero. Can somebody help me? Thanks
1. Dont use too many concurrent copies of XviD... they dont like each other much 2. Consider gettin the FDDSHOW filter.
I already uninstalled those xvid codecs, uninstalled and re-installed nero, but nothing done.... Allways same problem What's confusing me more is that the file works fine on WMP, even before i installed xvid codecs. I think that my biggest problem is too many codecs installed but i don't know how to solve it. How can i uninstall codecs, on by one? Any chance to do that without format puter?
1. You can check (a) the control panel-->add/remove programs and see if you can uninstall your codecs there or (b) goto the folder where u installed them too and there usually is an uninstaller of sorts
Thanks for the tip!! It worked! Now i have this beatifull project with chapters and pictures, but.... the file size is 720 MB and the space on cd is only 703 MB. Can u tell me why Nero Vision Express doesn't let me overbur the cd? Overburn is possible on burning rom and nero express but with both this programs i can't create chapters and choose images, etc, etc. Is there any cheat or trick i can do cause there's nothing on configuration to select overburn. Thanks once again
Hello, please they can help me, I need urgent the one Plug-in or Codec MPEG-2/SVCD for Nero Express 5.5 which will allow to burn my video AVi, MPG, etc. This Plug-in it exists in the web of Nero (www.nero.com) but 19 US costs $and I don't have that money. Thank you
