does anyone know a way I can play the older games like Majesty or Warcraft III without it bein stretched out on my widescreen monitor? I tried changing the width of the monitor but my monitor won't let you do that
I don't know of a way to make Warcraft III fill a widescreen monitor without stretching. It doesn't support widescreen natively. Depending on your video card, you may be able to do some aspect scaling to make it take up more, or play with dark bands on either side. http://www.widescreengamingforum.com/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page That's a pretty good resource to get things working in widescreen. I don't really think WC3 looks that bad stretched.
