I have the same phone I want to unlock. what do you mean by page 4?

 

thats really werid because last time it was on page 4 with the directions and everything idk it mite been removeded or something let me try to scan it or else you can scan it though out the threads because someone alrady had the codes for the same model and it works on all models as the same out come as miness

 

You need a sim from another carrier for this to work:

1) Insert Incorrect Sim

2) Enter *7465625*638*00000000*00000000# (wrong sim message again)

3) NEXT ENTER #7465625*638*00000000# (wrong sim message again)

4) NEXT ENTER *#7465625# (You should get the following lock status)

all locks are inactive...these are all the locks...

network lock - inactive (if this is ACTIVE, try the above code again)
subset lock - inactive
sp lock - inactive
cp lock - inactive
sim lock - inactive
activa lock - inactive
phone lock - inactive
auto network - inactive
auto subset lock - inactive
auto sp lock - inactive
auto cp lock - inactive
auto sim lock - inactive

Now the phone should be unlocked Permanently.
