I am trying to place another sim card into the phone I bought from Digicel (carrier). Everyone already knows that number. When I put the sim, the phone is saying "Error: Phone restricted", and is giving me an option to remove the restriction by entering a restriction code.

 

What was the error with code(when you tryed)?Code error or cannot undo restriction?And sim- examply TSTT-dont work ?

 

Im getting "code error". Yes, the digicel sim does work.

 

I could provide another code m8 but the chances of it working is very slim.
