Video Capture

    I have a Kworld TV card with WinDVR. The card works great - good picture. But when I record the playback comes out looking like a cubist painting - squares upon squares. If I increase the recording quality it makes the squares smaller but does not fix the problem. I'm guessing its a driver problem but I'm not sure how to figure which one is the problem. Any ideas?

    I want to tranfer my vhs to dvd but I get a blue screen. Can someone help me with this.
