Well if your having that much trouble burning your BIN files you can alsways use programs like VCDGear, CDMage, or ISObuster to extraxt the mpeg from the BIN file.

The mpeg will be the movie and then you can try buring the Mpeg.

Just remember if the Mpeg is Mpeg1 then burn it as VCD and if it is Mpeg2 burn as SVCD.

The extraxted Mpeg will be of the same quality as if you was able to burn the bin file with no problems.

    1. CDMage can allow you to extract the files from the cd image (its also free which makes it a wonderful little toy)

    2. It doesnt matter whether you know it is an MPEG1 or MPEG2. Just try to burn it as a VCD and if Nero says you can then it is a MPEG1... if Nero throws a hissy fist then it is an MPEG2.

PS. You can also use something like AVICodec to determine if it is an MPEG1 or MPEG2

Yes use AVIcodec to load the Mpeg in because it also supports mpeg files along with AVIs.

Just load the Mpeg in AVIcodec after extracting and it will give you the video info you are after.
