yeah I just bought the nintendo wifi conector and when I try to install it it says to put in the usb wifi and I do then like at 90 percent it says to connect it again then it says application error please help

Any error codes come up??
make sure if you have a firewall and if it asks you to block or trust the Wi-FI adapter click on trust but...if you have Zone Alarm forget the adapter till you get rid of it.

no it wont even install all the way it gets to 90 percent and says application error

There should be an error number listed as well. There is also a Network sharing issue the I came across and you need to go into your network settings and allow sharing. Without getting into detail, just use a search engine and search Nintendo USB connector, Error# or application Error. Hope this helps man.
