main menu and sub menu problems

hey, ive been converting and burning DVDs for a while now, but kind of new to Nero and having a few problems.
so here we go:
i have 12 vobs, and I put them into nero vision 4. i would like to have one menu that has one icon to click on to then take you to another menu with each of the vobs in it. is this possible? if so how?
and i dont mind merging the 12 vobs into one, and creating 12 chapters if then it is possible. thanks
