So i'm new to the modding scene for gamecube. I thought about going the sd card way for running backups but its 50$, and why spend that when I can spend 20~ for a chip! http://www.foundmy.com/oscom/index.php?cPath=22_31 I want to buy from there so I can easily purchase a gamebit too. Im looking at the DUO Q or a Xeno gc. I seem to have heard a lot of problems with xeno's running backups, so i'm unsure of that. p.s. once I install the chip and all that I can just pop in a backup right? (excluding messing with the pot)
just wanted to reply about the pot. there are two conditions if all the other variables(burner, discs, specific game, gc condition) are constant/working fine: -if you can pop in a backup and it plays fine, no adjustment. -if you pop in a backup and it doesn't play, adjustment. you will only know after testing it. i felt that needed to be stated since there's a lot of confusion on the matter.
