Hi I had Nero 7. Was chatting to some guys they told me to install the newest Nero that's out did all that and after 4 hours of downloading its still the same problem. I open Startsmart then Nero Vision. Make dvd then dvd-video That opens up then Add video files. Runtime error! Program C:\Program files\Nero\Nero7\Nero vision\Nerovision.exe This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unsual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information. This is a very fecking annoying thing. I can burn cd's but not dvd's
You probably have a conflict going on somewhere - reason you're getting that error. Only Vision giving you this problem in Nero for DVD's? When using Vision close any unneeded programs. You might also want to try a clean install. Uninstall Nero - run the clean tool. Reboot. Run a registry cleaner like the free ccleaner. Use the issues and cleaner options. Reinstall Nero - reboot. Here's another program to try in place of Vision til this can get sorted out - divxtodvd. You can use burning rom to burn the files.
Yes I deleted the whole lot reinstalled still the same. I can burn cd's but not dvd's when I try to drag the film into the list or press select I get that error message.
What's the file type - like avi etc. ? I'm thinking since it's a download you'll need to convert it first. Here's a free program to try - lil bro of ConvertX. DivXtoDVD. You can then burn the files w/ nero burning rom or express.
