please help - getting error burn process failed on nero

Nero 6.6.1.4

This version of Nero contains some bugs, uninstall, run this clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/Clean_Tools.html and then install this more stable version, BOTH packages

You have a lot of memory in use, dont multitask while burning

These are possibly the worst disc you could choose, try Verbatim or Sony (made in Japan)

 

HELP！！！

I tried to burn a Taiyo Yuden DVD using 4x and had a message saying process failed. I already did a firmware upgrade and no multitasking. Nero worked perfectly fine before. I had absolutely no problem. Can anyone tell me why?

The only thing i see is you have roxio installed here is a tool to get rid of that

you can use IMGburn too see if Nero is the problem too
