Editing with Nero

    Is there a way to edit the quality of a dvd with Nero? I have a dvd that is real dark in some places and has too much color in others. Is there a way to edit the color, contrast, britness, etc, like on a tv. And after editing I want to be able to burn the reults to dvd.

    I have tried to use that but it will not open or capture it.
