    I have tried to install Nero Ultra Edition 7 and get the message say it needs to delete InCd which I say ok and then the program freezes.
    As a note when I reboot I also get a message say there is an error and InCd cannot run. Is there a way to get rid of InCd with a windows utility program?

    Check add or remove programs in the control panel and see if InCD is listed there.
    If it is uninstall it.
    Then run the clean tool for InCD - link.

    If it's not listed still run this clean tool for InCD.

    I have looked at this and tried to uninstall it from there but with the same results, the program froze. I looked with Explorer but did not find anything, folder with InCD. I beginning to think it is not there or hidden, I will use your link and see what happens.
