ok i have a 500gb harddrive and it shows up and everything but when ii go to my computer its not there and i went to the properties and it says location at 0. i can also go under safely remove and it shows up there but not on my computer and i cant add or do anything what can i do.
did ye just get this hd? is this a internal or a external hd? did ye formatted the hd?? is the small jumper set to cable select or slave? on back of the hd..
