illegal disc and could not perform end of disc -at -once

    i know that this has being discuss before and tried some of the solutions but i still get this erro when using nero 7 . here is the log file, can someone help me please

    DMa needs to be enabled for all drives...see here.

    Dodgy discs, don't help either...ditch the Memorex and get some Verbatims.

    i try to set the IDE controllers to DMA but on the secondary IDE controller, the current transfer mode for device 0 and 1 states that it was not applicable, is that ok or not?

    If it was not applicable I don't think there is anything to do....do you have another brand of disc laying around to see if that corrects the problem?
