Hey guys I was going to burn certain videos using nerovision express 3. So i tried "adding video file" but all it does is a window pops up and says "unable to insert(location of the file)(name of the file)" Now I never had this problem before but maybe it could be because all other files were either xvid, divx, avi, or H264...this time the file is an mp4. I wasn'y able to play on any players except VLC. So I downloaded the 3ivx D4 4.5 codec and now it does play but I still can't use it with nero...any suggestions on how I could fix thsi problem without having to convert this file to another format.??? any suggestions or thought are apprecviated
Hi PetahG Nero should hanlde mp4 but for some reason doesn't like this one. If you not using Nero 6.6.0.18 and Vision 3.1.0.21 - update to those versions. Here's some links: package 1 package 2 (vision, recode) Still doesn't do the trick then use this free program - DivXtoDVD. You can burn the files from Divx w/ burning rom or express. Nero's not a 100% on the file types it will handle but other programs will usually handle the file if Nero won't.
