I just clicked on the EClPro.exe and answered yes for Mastering quality. Now it's asking me "Dynamically changing encoding parameters? (GOP Lenght and DC Precision based on bitrate)" I'm going to answer yes to finish the install and give it a test run, but is that what I should answer? I'm only going to try Procoder for heavy compression backups. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
