Hi, I'm at an end with this Nero Vision (latest version 4.9.5.7). I have got all the latest Nero files(as of 10th April 2007) and when I start Nero Vision it opens okay. Soon as I ask it to 'Add Video Files' it freezes and nothing happens. The only way out is to End Task it. I have reloaded it after cleaning the whole Nero program off the computer and it worked once and I was able to make up a DVD from video files that I had recorded from TV on my computer. Since then it does the same thing - freezes when asking it to add video files to a project. Nero help desk is a joke!!!! They simply say reload it, but I've done that 4 times now. Is there a solution to this problem????
I can only offer this suggestion, as at onje stage I experienced the same problem. I uninstalled that version of Nero, , run this clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install this version 7.5.9.0 from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/
