Man, that's funny! Thanks for giving me a good laugh.

    Sorry.

You could put a little string of LED chaser lights behind it, and then everybody will think it was an intentional cool feature.

You could buy a stealth bezel.

You could put the PC below your eye level somewhere and then you won't see it.

You could stick some black tape over it...

Looks like our posts crossed. See above. A stealth bezel is a face plate you attach to the front of your CD/DVD drive to make it look better with the case. Some case makers supply their own stealthing kits, and you can get "universal" ones like the Coolermaster.

PS let's be friends now. Sorry about before. Your case looks pretty nice. I was jealous. ;-) Shame about the gap. Maybe a bezel is a simple way to dress it up?

    Thanks mate :)

Yeh we're friends :D I was just depressed lol.

Im not sure about that bezel. I will use it on other builds i sure, but you know, its now on my floor, im siting on my bed, and i cant notice it lol.

hey, if i do think its too noticible, i might actually use the black tape option!! On the inside like :p

Plus, that picture i took was before i fitted it properley with all the screws.

Oh also mate, the psu i have in it (its an old one)....well...i think it only has plug/leads/outputs to go into TWO dvd drives....well...im hoping to, at the end, have three. Is there any "multitab-like" think i can get? Or any other method.... Just a quick quesiton.

What about approx. 5.25" of black plastic covered thin cable stuck with blu-tack or taped inside on top of the drive going along the gap inside? like bathroom sealer? Or black paper or card...

Any computer part store will have these... 5.25" drive power splitter

Or Cables Direct have them - part no. CC2125Y price $2.46

I don't see no gap. Maybe it's all that weed you're blowing?
No, I'm just edited by ddp. That gap is bigger than the Grand Canyon!

billybob, how many screws are you using to attach the drive? hopefully 4 screws. loosen off those screws so can adjust the drive upwards to cause a gap on the bottom side to be equal to topside gap. before doing that, see if those 2 faceplates on the 2 bays have some up/down play.
