I have a DD0203 and I've been having an issue flashing the firmware that I have yet to see posted. I was wondering I fanybody has come across this situation:

I get errors when following the instructions in the V2.16 Windows Flash procedure

OS: Windows XP; Trying to upgrade to V2.16 from 2.09

Errors: when DV2 Flash.exe is launched, I get:

CDdrv: unknown error while starting CDDRV driver service

    I click 'OK'

    Then:

CDdrv: Does cddrv.sys exist in your \system32\drivers directory?

I click "OK" (cddrv.sys is in my system 32 drivers folder, I checked)

Then it goes through some things, then says tray out, the tray pops out, then I restart. The firmware is not updated upon restart.

    Any help?
