Hi Guys
Yet another worm for us all by those thoughtful people who keep writing them. This one is using an Internet Explorer Vulnerability to infect Computers directly from email and also using Kazaa and IRC to spread itself around. First of all I would recommend you get a patch for Internet Explorer from..

just to add to the posts have just got the nachi worm via one of those spam mails that are a pain in everyones arse.some porn site ive never heard of sent it, its enough of a pest as spam but when theyre spreddin worms it gets very anoying couldnt get rid of it with avg or norton eventually had to format my drive.and yes before anyone mentions it both antivirus programs were up to date. and outlook express was set not to preview.

THEDICE, im sorry to hear of your problems, you may want to rid yourself of outlook express permenatly, it has just too many bugs, such as its security flaws that can allow viruses. If you're using xp pro without the service pack I have an uninstaller that will remove it(better than the one you may be able to find within windows) private message me if you're interested

Did you know there is now some 5000 viruses out three and even the US Gov. gets them?

im psd with all these viruses that are about, but why is there not an area here or anywhere else that is dedicated to virus removal tools it makes sense. if you have mydoom@ bollocks (what kind of guy would want fck peoples pc up)i have the answer for this and a few more so P-M me ill send you a tool I WONT CHARGE

Virus removal? Symantec, Network Associates and the lot of them have those tools for free. Just goto their site and either the tool will be advertised (if its a recent virus) or just do a quick search on the virus and download the removal tool for free

Glad I got rid of kazaa last year, i always noticed alot more pop-ups, and problems with my puter when I had kazaa.

Dela is right on the mark. My internet explorer has left town and headed south. My internet connection is fine but something on my computer seems to be blocking the enternet.

I dont get it i have been usin kazaa for 4 t o5 yrs now and the only probs i get is slowin down upladin of surfin pages but pop ups are normal i run a firewall and antivirus soo i dont get the need of this thanxs for the info of the viruses but i keep up to date :)

Deal you seem sooo smart..and I need your help........how do youget rid of the remote procedure Call worm thingy when my computer is password protected? It says ym password is wrong but it is correct......I think the worm did soemthing, sohould I start in safe mode? How do I do that again.......PLEASE HELP I DEPERATLY NEED IT!!
