Nero will not unistall Help!!

I was having problems with neros mp3 encoder, lots of skipping, so i decided to unistall and re-install to correct the problem, but when i try to uninstall it gives me an error and cannot. I check my add/remove tab and its not in there but when i try to reinstall it gives me an error and i cant reinstall. Can someone help me with this Please!!!

Try running the clean tool and then try again

got it to uninstall with different version clean tool. dont know why it was acting up.

I tried using this tool and vista crashes the program does anyone know how i can get rid of this program??
