They will give you the unlock code base on your imei and you just follow this instructions to enter unlock code

Step 1: Insert non-Cingular SIM card ( T-mobile, AT&T.... )

2 Power on the handset

3 Press the left Arrow (<) button

4 Press the star (*) button twice

5 Press the left Arrow (<) button

- display will indicate "ME Lock"

- wait approximately 3 seconds

- the display will indicate "Network" and a picture of a closed lock

6 Press Yes

- the display will indicate "Unlock?"

7 Press Yes

- the display will indicate "Enter NCK"

8 Enter the SIM Unlock code from me ( 16 numbers )

9 Press Yes

The handset will display "Network" and a picture of an open lock for
three seconds and will then revert to the main display.

The handset is then successfully unlocked.
