Sorry, i know this doesnt have to do with iso's, but im trying to run my socom umd on my 1.5 and get online with it. I've tried run umd, but i can't get online with that, my friend told me devhook .40 works, but i tried that and i can't get the umd to boot for me. If there is anyway you can help me get my socom game to run on my 1.5 and get online that would be awsome, thanks again.

Devhook redirects flash access to the memory stick. In layman's terms you can emulate firmware 2.5 fully and reap all the benefits but still revert back to 1.5

Hey ive been trying to load a umd with dev hook .41d, and it wont load it, it just crashes. Ive changed the settings a few times to see if that is it. Maybe i should do that dev hook firmware launcher. Thanks

If you're trying to load an actual umd you could try Genesis umd launcher 2.6
|

I've triead genesis but it just loads the umd and lets me to story mode etc. on socom ftb. But im trying to get online with it.

I know you can get online with the ISO with devhook, not sure about the original though

hey damo, do you have the syphon filter iso working? I have tried that one thats 293mb, but it doesent come out in the right format, it comes out in a folder with 14 files that are named lfc-sfdm.001 etc. Do you know how to get this working? If not are there any others that do work that arn't too big of a file? Thanks

No you are allowed to talk about them. You just can't ask for links to them
Open up any one of the 14 files with WinRAR and extract it and an ISO will be formed.

Just select the first one (.001) and extract to a directory on your pc, the ISO will automatically rebuild.

no you dont need to mess with that stuff, if you just want to play an iso not online, then use fastloader, but devhook lets you get online with iso's.
