I was wondering are they the same in quality? i saw big hdtvs not flat screens cheaper then the flat screen?

thanks bud but i can't see it! dont know why... oh well um there is a difference in the screen resolution with HD but dont ask me by how much cos i dont know. ive been using LCD for years now and theres nothing wrong with it, my movies are as clear as if they were real! so why would i want better? like i said its all a big conspiracy to get more money out of us punters. like sky HD - wtf!!!! and then theres DVD HD! wtf!!! as if to say that normal DVD isnt good enough! but then if you have seen HD TVs cheaper than LCD than big respeck to you, you should go and get one as i do believe theyre backward compatible for lower resolutions
