I just purchased a SYNC about a week ago, and right away I noticed some very annoying things. Like the pre-stored web pages that cant be deleted, pre-stored phone book entries that cant be deleted, you cant set a ringtone you made for messages, and like on all phones you cant delete the stock ringtones. On a lot of phones you can find a flasher or code to unlock all of the codes so that you are able to delete pre-loaded content, but for this phone I cant find a program at all. I am thinking about sending this phones back unless someone can help me with this. I NEED TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAS AN UNLOCK CODE OR LINK TO A SITE THAT CAN HELP ME FLASH MY SYNC SO THAT I CAN TAKE ALL OF THE LOCKS OFF OF THE PHONE. I AM MAINLY LOOKING FOR THIS SO THAT I CAN DELETE THE PRE-LOADED CONTENT IVE BEEN TALKING ABOUT. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. Thanks, Ross.
