Graphics in games problems

    Hi

    I have a graphics problem with anything to do with graphics!! like new games old games online games and that problem is that little tiny squares pop up all over the screen and I don't know why? my graphics card/adopter is a ATI Raedon X550. please tell me if i have put this in wrong forum thanks
