Nokia 6230i

my Nokia 6230i drops out then reboots itself-says still connected but it`s not-then after 5 minutes can use it again for a short time. Turned it off and left it for 2 minutes and then tried "restore factory settings " and it asked for a security code which i dont have and put in default 12345 but it didn`t work. Any suggestions. Thank You-Cheers

Tried the security master code and it reset the factory settings but now we have a lot of phone numbers duplicated but we think can fix that. Thanks for your help. If you don`t mind i`ll get back to you if more problems. What part of the world are you in i`m in Brisbane Australia. Cheers to you.
