nero problems

    I am trying to download a free trial of nero ( which I have done before) Not sure if you can download more than once. When I go to run it, it already has my name there but it asked for company name and serial number. The install button is blanked out. Any help would be appreciated. Do I have to actually buy the program now.

    Unfortunately you can only use the trial version once...then you need to purchase it.
