I followed the guide and i'm trying to use a mounted image and not burning.

i also tried enabling all emultion. any more ideas?

I read using the safedisc2 profile and craeted a mds file using maximum speed and mounted using build 518.

edit: i am a dumbass heh. i used my dvdrom to read the image. i didnt know i had to read an image with a cdburner. i thought i only needed the cdburner to write a cd hahah!_X_X_X_X_X_[small]LITEON LTR-52246S

You must be reading the wrong guide m8. One doesn't need a mds or bwa file to backup Battlefield 1942 as this pc game is Safedisc cd protected, not SecuROM pc protected . If you don't find your brand name burner& model on the " 2 sheep burner" list then if using Alcohol 120% you need to enable bypass efm error (data type settings>record options). If using BlindWrite Suite you need to enable enhance weak sectors (general settings).
