neru vision

    hi
    when i try to burn a dvd with nero vision the process as it says im using the wrong dvd.im using philips and fuji dvds 120 min.4.7 16x
    type dvds.where can i config nero to these dvds??thanks

    Post the last Nero log - you can find them here:
    Nero 7 - program files>nero>nero 7>core>nerohistory
    Nero 6 - program files>ahead>nero>nerohistory

    Just need the last one from the text file.
    Be sure to edit out the serial # - they begin w/ 1A, 1C or 5C.

    Why don't you post the section of your Nero History file that relates to this problem> It'll help in diagnosing the problem.

    Nero 7: Programs File > Nero > Nero7 > Core > NeroHistory
    Nero 6: Program Files > Ahead > Nero > NeroHistory

    Do not post your name and Nero serial number in your log post.
