Viper NGC Case issues

I recently experienced problems with the Cube not loading originals or backups.
I am running a Viper Xtreme with a full DVD case.

I purchased a new laser unit and replaced the old one, tested the device before putting the case back on worked fine no problems.

The problem starts once the case is refitted and screwed in. The Cube does not power on correctly, no drive spin, no picture or sound. The connections are all fine and no visable issues on the inside of the case.

Any Ideas?

 

I should also mention that upon removing the case everything works fine again.

 

Maybe the power button on your case mod is not reaching or lined up with the power switch underneath. Do you have the original case to test with?

 

The power definatly comes on, the fans start spinning whirring.

The original case is no longer available.
