Anyone heard of this, its gonna have storage of up to 2000 GB, and soon going to replace HD-DVD, and Blu-ray. Does that mean it could have resolution superior to HD, and make Blu-ray and HD-DVD obsolete.
It main featue is a lot more storage. It uses 720p as it's native format. I haven't seen where it has any better picture quality. With all the 1080p hype, I doubt this 720p player will make it.
Really are these players available now. I also heard that pioneer is making a dvd which uses a ultraviolet laser.
We obviously need to clear up some confusion here. HVD can refer to two very different forms of media.
