I recently bought a sansa e250 and its been acting fine until recently. While viewing one of my videos my player froze and wouldn't turn off. But when I reset the player all my videos were gone but it was taking space on the player. I looked for it on the folder in MY COMPUTER but it wasn't there. I also now know that its only allowed to playback 10 minutes of video at a time. If anyone has any advice at all please help!!!
First off.. , to play videos more then 10 minutes, egt the new firmware.. (Click on my sig and go to the firmware section). Second of all to check for videos on my computer, just show hidden files and it should be there.
