dvd audio to cd

    I recently burned some audio from a cable music channel to dvd using my dvd recorder. I now want to burn that audio to a cd so it can be used in my car. How can I do this and also is there an easier way to accomplish this task

    When you put your disc into the DVD-Rom in your PC what format are the files in?

    Under details it says udf file system. Is this the info you asked for, if not how do I locate what info you requested.
