when i try to open a picture in my doc folder, nero photo snap gives me this error.They are jpg, I have win xp.Is there a file i need to add? I can go to the drop down list and select a different program to open it. Thanks for any help you can give me on this.
put in wrong pic. Is there a way to removeold and submet right one or do i have to re post it. anoob!
